We want you to love your Pickle Monsters gear. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
If your purchase is unworn and it's been 30 days or less since it arrived, you're welcome to return it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include any original tags and packaging
Unless your item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your gear arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, don't worry — we'll take care of it.
Please send the item back and include a note with:
- Your name and return shipping address
- Where and when you purchased your product
- A brief description of the issue
We'll cover the return shipping cost for confirmed defective products and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
